Sure. Walmart will allow overages unless there is language on the coupon preventing overages. This coupon doesn’t have that language so Walmart should pay you the difference. If there is a problem you should refer them to their own coupon policy where it says “If coupon value exceeds the price of the item, the excess may be given to the customer as cash or applied toward the basket purchase.” toward the bottom of the page. If they refuse to honor that policy then you may need to call Corporate.
