This is such a cool thing!  Target is now giving a $.05 credit for each reusable bag you use during your checkout!  I love this idea, maybe it will help me remember to bring my bags and use them!  According to USA Today, all 1,700 Target Stores Nationwide will roll this program out beginning November 1st.  So, watch your receipts!
