Please bear with me and my slow start today. I had surgery yesterday afternoon and am just now beginning to “catch-up”! A few months ago I was standing at my front door and a lady walked past with her dog, and my smallest dog shot through my legs and went after her dog! I ran after her, the lady’s dog… View Post
Give Thanks!
I’m sure everyone is busy baking and cooking for tomorrow, or traveling.. Being that I am laid up with my leg, my daughter and my middle son’s girlfriend are cooking for the entire family this year! So, I am thankful for them! I hope everyone is taking the time to sit down for a minute and survey all the people… View Post

Layaway – Making A Comeback?
I helped my daughter look for some stores that still have, or are bringing back layaway. Here’s what we found so far: Target and WalMart discontinued them a few years ago. I used layaway years ago and loved it.  It made shopping for Christmas so much easier being able to pay over time instead of all at once. I also… View Post
