Velveeta dip is a BIG player around here in the fall right up to Super Bowl Sunday. The simplest way to make it is just melt the Velveeta and pour in the Ro-Tel but here’s the way we make it around here.
3 lbs of ground beef (or turkey)
4 cans of Ro-Tel
2 blocks of Velveeta
4 blocks of Philadelphia Cream Cheese
Brown the ground beef and drain. Cube up all the cheese and throw all the ingredients in a crock-pot. You may need to microwave the Velveeta to speed up the melting process if you are in a hurry. Serve with tortilla chips and football!
