Scope has a new mail in rebate offer for :fr: Scope! The language of the rebate says that it can not be combined with any other offer including coupons, so I’m not sure what will happen if you use a coupon at the store. If I had to guess, it means that if you do use a coupon, you will only get the after-coupon amount rebated back to you. Effectively removing any opportunity for overage.
