Holland House Cooking Wines Recipes!

Have you ever used wine to cook with? I am not a great cook, but, one time I thought I would try to use wine to cook some beef in a crock pot. I ended up having to have my Mom come to my rescue (it was just a few years ago, actually), I had just grabbed a bottle of red wine we had in the fridge and poured the whole thing in the crock pot.
