I Saved a TON at Walmart Today!

Shopping Brag 4-6-12

Made the mistake of going to the Walmart by Ranger’s Stadium on Opening Day and it was nuts!  I managed to get a few great deals but before we get into it, remember to follow me on FaceBook, Twitter, ReClip.it or subscribe to my daily email to never miss a deal.  Let’s take a look!

2 boxes of Multi-Grain Cheerios and a box of Kix Cereal – Normally $2.98, I price matched Safeway to $2.50 – I used the $.75/1 coupon for Multi-Grain Cheerios and the $.75/1 coupon for Kix – Final: $1.75 a box

4 packs of Pillsbury Cookie Dough – Normally $2.58, I price matched Safeway to $2.00 – I used the $.75/2 printable coupon for Pillsbury Cookie Dough – Final: $1.63

6 Coca Cola 2L – Normally $1.28, I price matched CVS to $.99 each – Final: $.99 each

7 tubs of Philadelphia Indulgence – Normally $2.48, I price matched Safeway to $1.79 – I had an old $1.50/1 printable coupon (no longer available) and 3 $1.50/2 printable coupon (look under zipcode 76013) – Final: $.29 for one, $1.04 each for the other 6

10 cans of Bumble Bee tuna – Normally $.88, I price matched CVS to $.50 each – Final: $.50 each

8 cans of Libby’s Veggies – Normally $.75, I price matched Dollar General to $.50 each – Final: $.50 each

4 cans of Ranch Style Beans – Normally $.86, I price matched Albertson’s to $.59 – Final: $.59 each

2 boxes of Club Crackers – Normally $2.50, I price matched Safeway to $1.99 – I used the $.70/1 printable coupon for Club crackers (No longer available) – Final: $1.29 each

1 pack of Carefree liners – $.97 – I used the $1.00/1 coupon for CareFree products from SS 3/18 – Final: :fr: with $.03 overage

2 Crush 20oz bottles – $1.58 – I used the BOGO :fr: printable coupon for Crush 20oz bottles – Final: $.79 each

2 packs of Wonka Jellybeans – Normally $2.18, I price matched Toys R Us to $1.99 – I use the $1.00/2 printable coupon for Wonka JellyBeans – Final: $1.48 each

2 Pure Protein bars – Normally $1.48, I Price Matched Kroger to $.99 – I used the $1.00/2 printable coupon for Pure Protein bars – Final: .49 each

1 bag of Starbucks coffee – $6.98 – I used the $1.00/1 printable coupon for Starbucks coffee – Final: $5.98

1 tube of Colgate Total Advanced Toothpaste – Normally $3.49, I price matched Safeway to $1.99 – I used the $1.00/1 printable coupon for Colgate Total Advanced – Final: $.99

3 bottles of Ken’s Dressing – $1.50 – I used the $1.00/1 coupon for Ken’s Dressing from SS 3/11 – $.50 each

2 bottles for Kraft BBQ Sauce – Normally $1.29, I price matched Albertson’s to $.59 – Final: $.59

6 packs of Bird’s Eye Steamfresh Veggies – Normally $1.88, I price matched Albertson’s to $.99 – I used the $1.00/3 coupon for SteamFresh from SS 3/4 – Final: $.66

10 packs of Schick Razors – $1.97 – I used the $3.00/2 coupon from SS 3/11 – Final: $.47 each

1 Kashi Steam meals – $2.97 – I used the $1.00/1 printable coupon for Kashi Steam Meals – Final: $1.97

5 lbs of New York Strip Steaks – Normally $9.98lb, I price matched Kroger to $4.77lb – Final: $23.85

Produce Price Matches (Local stores)

2 Pineapples – Normally $2.88, I price matched El Rancho to $.88 – Total: $1.76
32 Oranges – Normally $.50, I price matched El Rancho to 8/$1 – Total: $4.00
6lbs of White Onions – Normally $1.38lb, I price matched El Rancho to 6lbs/$1.00 – Total: $1.00
9 Avocados – Normally $.74 each, I price matched El Rancho to 3/$1.00 – Total: $3.00
6lbs of Roma Tomatoes – Normally $1.24lb, I price matched El Rancho to 3lbs/$1.00 – Total: $2.00
5lbs of Bananas – Normally $.58lb, I price matched El Rancho to $.38lb – Total: $1.90

Altogether it was $227.83.  But, after price matches and coupons I only paid $97.85!  Which means I saved $129.98
