The St Louis Tribune is reporting that Walmart is rolling out a doubling policy for coupons on a testing basis at select Walmarts in Utah. If you live in Utah, congrats! If you don’t live in Utah, there is nothing you can do but wait and hope. I know I would absolutely flip if this became company policy and REALLY hope that whatever metrics they are looking at in Utah are met.

They are testing doubling coupons up to 0.99 in Utah. Nothing solid on it being rolled out to the rest of us yet.
