LEGO Star Wars Days
We had a chance to visit the Legoland Star Wars exhibit and had a great time! If you haven’t been, now is a great time to go!
Star Wars™ enthusiasts are invited to channel the Force at LEGOLAND Discovery Center Dallas/Fort Worth’s LEGO Star Wars Days on Saturday, September 13 through Sunday, September 14. Travel to a galaxy far, far away with the LEGO® Star Wars™ MINILAND Episode I: The Phantom Menace interactive model display.
Visit with your favorite Star Wars 501st Legion costumed characters, test your Jedi™ knowledge in the Star Wars trivia contest, enter to win an autographed Yoda photograph, and more.
LEGO Star Wars Days Activities:
· Darth Vader Build: Help build a larger than life LEGO Darth Vader with the model building team. (Saturday from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 2:30 to 5 p.m.)
· 501st Legion Costumed Characters: Meet and greet with your favorite Star Wars 501st Legion costumed characters. (Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
· Star Wars MINILAND Invasion: Experience the invasion of LEGO Star Wars minifigures as you explore the DFW MINILAND model display.
· Star Wars Trivia: Meet in the café to test your Jedi knowledge for a chance to win fun prizes. (Saturday and Sunday from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.)
· Win Autographed Yoda Photo: With a $1 donation to Merlin’s Magic Wand, receive an official Star Wars photo and get entered to win an authentic 8×10 Tom Kane autographed photo of Yoda and Star Wars LEGO set. Winner announced on September 15.
· Star Wars Costume Contest: Come dressed as your favorite Star Wars character and have your picture snapped to participate in the Facebook costume contest. Age groups include: three to five, six to eight, and nine to 12. (Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.)
· Vote for your favorites September 15 through September 21 at @ldcdfw. Winners from each age group will receive two tickets to LEGOLAND Discovery Center and will be announced September 22.
· Bring a Friend for Annual Pass Holders: Annual Pass Holders are invited to bring a friend for FREE during LEGOStar Wars Days.
