So, I had my Frugal Rant the other day, and I got alot of comments from people who felt the same way.
Well, yesterday I received this “postcard” from the U.S. Department Of State, inviting me to an event. 
As you can see there is more than enough room on the right to address this “postcard”, mine isn’t addressed because they chose to use a large manilla envelope to place the postcard in and mail it to me instead. The envelope was twice the size of the postcard! I’m really not sure who is behind these decisions, but, it seems they are not using common sense. I mean the envelope had an address label on it that could have easily been placed on the postcard! Oh well…
Today, I had the opportunity to do my share! I was so happy! I needed to mail several forms to the IRS for a friend that I was helping with taxes – I am so thankful for efiling income tax, I hate mailing anything! So, I decided to re-use that large manilla envelope to help with my complaint that they were overspending on mailings!
