My Trip To Massage Envy Spa!

I love getting a massage, but, it’s usually years between when I get to go.

Recently though I was able to check out Massage Envy and I was pleasantly surprised at their rates for members!

I was greeted right away when I entered and they had me fill out a questionnaire so that they could know exactly what I wanted and needed.  After I gave that back to the receptionist I was greeted by someone who went over my questionnaire with me and then told me exactly how everything worked there.  She was very helpful and after speaking to her I could already feel I was relaxing.

I was then taken to a waiting area that was very dimly lit with a water feature and calming music.  I was really nice to get in there and relax.  Although I did giggle to myself when I saw the magazines on the table.  I am not sure how anyone could read in that light!

My masseuse came to get me when she was ready and escorted me to my room.  She was very nice and it was a great experience.  

She concentrated on the areas we had discussed, my shoulders mostly, from working on the computer all day.  I almost fell asleep (I have had massages where they talked the whole time, I was glad she didn’t).  The bed was heated which was nice, as well.   I was very pleased and well relaxed when she was finished.  When I got ready to leave she offered me water and escorted me out.

I have to say overall it was very nice.  I don’t take time out of the office often and I was really looking forward to this and I was not disappointed!  

I really think the prices are great!  The holidays are coming and I think their gift cards would make great gifts!
