Listen, there is nothing I enjoy more than a huge piece of cheesecake but I was a little hesitant to try a Fiber One bar. In my experience, cheesecake is really only good as cheesecake and trying to make it into a snack bar isn’t always a successful endeavor but I wanted to give these Fiber One bars a fair shot. So I enlisted the help of the only other person I know that likes cheesecake more than I do, my Mother in Law.
We gave her a box and asked her to tell me what she thought and I took one for myself and the results were unanimous, we loved them! The Caramel Cheesecake has a think band of sweet caramel down the center that was amazing and the Strawberry flavor was so tasty!
