Family Dollar has their Scrubbing Bubbles One Step Toilet Cleaning Kits on sale for $4.00, use the $4.00/1 coupon from SS 1/8 and get them for :fr:!
Theoretically, you should be able to price match this at Walmart and get it for :fr: there also but be sure you are grabbing the right one. Judging by the box in the photo, this isn’t the normal kit but the special one that has been at Walmart occasionally for $3.97, not the one that is normally there for ~$8.97. My advice would be to just go to Family Dollar and get it there but you may be able to find it at Walmart.
