I have heard to put Ice with bakeing soda in garbage disposals. And since you are literly tossing this product down the drain, I think I will try this first if it turns out cheaper. I have also heard to grind up lemon or orange peels. I have tryed that and like it! But as far as the dish washer… maybe I would try it for that.
