As Dian and I have started taking better care of ourselves, we have started looking in to taking supplements. We really never took them before, mainly because we never took the time to educate ourselves about what they are supposed to do.
When we got the news that our cholesterol was a little high, (but not so high that the docs wanted us on medicine for it) we started looking into natural supplements that would bring our cholesterol levels down.
