Scarborough Renaissance Festival is interactive fun for the whole family, 16th Century style!
Step back in time for the time of your life during the Festival’s 42nd season and discover a 35-acre re-creation of an English village celebrating the visit of King Henry VIII and his new bride, Katherine Parr (number 6 for those who are counting), their royal court and guests with a festival of entertainment, artisans, food, magic, and merriment!

Feast on food fit for a king with our famous giant smoked Turkey Legs and the largest food-on-a-stick selection in Texas; plus, delectable favorites from the Village Bakery, Pasta Palace, and more!
Each weekend has a different theme such as Live the Fantasy Weekend, Legends of the Seas, Celtic Weekend, and others! They each include a variety of special events including the all-new Children’s Easter Egg Roll, costume contests, fairy initiations, naval enlistment ceremonies, and so much more!
Just for families, kids 12 & under are free (up to 3 kids free with each paid adult) on opening weekend April 8 & 9 as well as on Mother’s Day, May 14.
Scarborough Renaissance Festival runs for 8 consecutive weeks – Saturdays, Sundays, & Memorial Day Monday April 8 – May 29, 2023 and is just 30 minutes south of Downtown Dallas in Waxahachie.
