SoFabU On The Road: Dallas!
This month I get to attend SoFabU in Dallas! I am excited 1. Because it’s close and 2. Because there are tons of great learning opportunities!
I get asked all the time what it takes to start a blog. Well, time, time, and even more time! To be able to get away and learn more to grow my blog into a better and more useful resource for all who read it and to be able to spend time with other bloggers is a great 2-in-1 kind of thing for me!
Do, what exactly is SoFabU?
SoFabU on the Road is a unique event that allows influencers to take advantage of educational opportunities that will help set them apart from the rest of the influencers.
As conference goers ourselves, we saw a post-conference trend happening – the long to-do list of ideas was set aside and never implemented. SoFabU on the Road features hands-on, interactive sessions for influencers to implement what they’ve learning on the spot. The sessions are paired with a fun city-specific adventure where they’ll be able to put the newly learned skills to test. Join us as we take SoFabU on the Road to a city near you! Events are open to all bloggers and influencers!
SoFabU or Social Fabric University provides online influencer education opportunities to members of Social Fabric, Collective Bias’ community of influencers.

Every SoFabU on the Road has an adventure and every adventure is different! From a photo walk of the graffiti art in Wynwood to Grillology in LA. Each adventure combines fun and learning, so you leave feeling full of inspiration and knowledge. Make sure you bring your cameras and/or smart phones charged and ready to create content!
Gaylord Chefs Tour with Photography/Video instruction
The Gaylord Texan is known for it’s world-class restaurants that offer everything from barbecue to Tex-Mex. SoFabU on the Road attendees will be given an exclusive tour through three of their award-winning restaurants to learn from three of their top chefs. From recipe creation, to food trends, to creative ways to style and plate food, we’ll learn from the best of the best!
Each group will by lead by a photography or video pro to continue the education as they highlight tips and tricks for making your content and photos/videos stand out. During the walk between venues, we’ll explore this resort’s 4.5 acres of lush indoor gardens and winding waterways.
