If you’re looking for a unique and immersive experience this spring, the Scarborough Renaissance Festival in Waxahachie, Texas, is a must-visit. From April 5 to May 26, 2025, every weekend (including Memorial Day Monday) transforms into a 16th-century English village bustling with entertainment, artisans, and delectable food.

The 44th Annual Scarborough Renaissance Festival is interactive fun for the whole family, 16th Century style! This North Texas tradition invites you to step back in time for the time of your life into our re-created 16th Century English Village to enjoy the jousting (all-new for 2025), birds of prey exhibitions, Mermaid Lagoon, and 20+ stages of non-stop Renaissance entertainment including over a dozen new shows for 2025. There are also children’s knighting Ceremonies, Human Chess Matches, the Grande Parade, the Royal Menagerie Petting Zoo, and so much more.
Discover treasures in the 200 shoppes of the Artisan’s Marketplace along with authentic artisan demonstrations. New for 2025 are over 30 new shoppes, a Viking Artisan Village, and an RPG.
