I am new today with coupons. So as I am watching your videos my question is this. With the albersons 10 for 10, do you have to buy all of one item. Or can you mix and match? I do have a preferred card. I do not shop albertsons normally. please let me know

    thanks

      Kari,
If an item is on sale – say Folgers Coffee is on for 10 for $10 – you do not have to buy 10 you can buy 1 for $1.
Now, if the sale is say – Buy 10 get $4 off at the register or a $4 catalina when you buy 10, it is up to the sale whether it is Mix or Match. Usually it is, but you have to read the ad to make sure, or ask. So, say the sale is Buy 10 Cokes get $4 off instantly, you need to read the ad to see if it says 10 Coke Products Mix or Match.
      Thanks!

I normally buy 4 newspapers a week just for the coupon inserts. How can I get coupons inserts mailed to me from redplum, smartsource and proctor and gamble? I end up throwing out the newspaper so if I can find a way to just order the coupon inserts for less money and save the environment that would be great too. Thank you.

P.S. I love all of your coupon saving ideas 😀

@Nanette: Thank you for the kind words! You can buy coupons on eBay or Coupon Dede. They both sell by the coupons or by the whole insert. You can’t get the inserts mailed to you from Smart Source, etc. You can check out local recycle dumpsters – some people get theirs from there. I used to get 200-300 papers a week and I would put them all out in the recycle bin each week, I have to get 10 bins! 🙂 You can ask friends and neighbors to save them for you or you can look at local restaurants – like breakfast places, they usually have them lying around.
      Thanks!
