Weird Walmart Christmas Gifts!

I love this time of year at Walmart, it’s full of odd toys and Christmas gift ideas.  As I wonder the aisles if I see something that strikes me as a little off I take a pic.  Here’s what I’ve seen this week.

First up is a toy that I honestly wouldn’t mind getting.  It’s a 25th anniversary Pez set full of Star Trek: The Next Generation figures!  Not only are all the principal actors available, (sadly, no Dr. or Wesley Crusher) but you also get one with the full ship.  You also get one of my favorite characters, Locutus of Borg.  Resistance is futile!  You will buy this for the nerd in your family!  Look for it near the registers.

Next up a dachshund-shaped Hot Dog slicer!  We all know how exhausting it is to slice hot dogs () so this little gadget makes it easy.  You place the hot dog on the green tray and press the dog down over it and Viola!  Instant sliced hot dog.  Put a little ketchup or mustard in the doggie’s dish and start dipping.  I found this hanging on the bread aisle.

This one is the winner by far.  I have no idea what the point of this game is but how you play is by “feeding” the dog some kind of Play-Doh-like substance and then taking it for a walk.  Eventually it comes out the other end as Play-Doh poop(!) (Play-Poop? Poop-Doh?)  I guess if you successfully make the dog go and clean it up, you win.  If this becomes some kind of run-away hit, I may lose all faith in mankind.
