Fall has fallen and October is here! October is an in-between month where most of the really awesome deals will start next month but there are a few things you can look forward to finding deals on. Here’s what you should find deals for at Walmart in October!
Grocery
Candy – This comes with the caveat that the best day to buy Halloween candy is Novemeber 1st but there will be new coupons out all month for every kind of candy imaginable. You can find a list of all currently available candy coupons here.
National Pizza Month – October is National Pizza Month so there will be several coupons for frozen pizzas as well as price matches every week.
Produce – Pumpkins and other gourds, cranberries, grapes, oranges, sweet potatoes, and yams will all be in season.
Non-Grocery
Costumes – No better time to buy a Halloween costume than right before Halloween!
Jeans – All the Back to School sales are over but Walmart will usually put jeans on sale going into the end of the year.
Plants – Walmart will be getting rid of all their plants for the winter so if you have a hothouse that will protect them, you might be able to score some great deals.
Hard Goods
Cookware & Kitchen Accessories – Deals on these will only get better moving towards to holidays but you will start seeing some pretty good deals on kitchen goodies in late October.
