I am definitely not what I would consider an organized person. Although I think as I get older I become more repetitive in the things I do and the way I do them. So, I suppose that could be part of being more organized than I used to be.
I have never been a list maker… well, I say that – but, to be honest – I can make a list of things I want to do or need to do and because it’s usually written on scrap paper or a napkin it never actually gets completed because it gets lost or thrown away.
The mistake isn’t avoiding lists – it’s using systems that disappear. The cost is wasted time, repeated tasks, and re-buying things you already had but couldn’t find.
