🍽️ Meal Plan #1: Taco Night Made Cheap
- Hard taco shells
- Canned chicken
- Taco seasoning
- Salsa
- Canned corn
Super simple, super satisfying – and the whole thing costs under $7 total.
Dollar Tree Chicken Tacos Recipe
Ingredients:
- Hard taco shells
- 1 can chicken
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- Salsa
- 1 can corn
Recipe:
- Drain the canned chicken and add it to a skillet (or microwave-safe bowl).
- Stir in taco seasoning and 2–3 tablespoons of water. Heat until warm.
- Drain the canned corn and stir it right into the chicken mixture, or heat it separately as a side.
- Warm taco shells in the oven or microwave for a few seconds.
- Fill shells with chicken mixture and top with salsa.
Optional Dollar Tree add-ons: shredded cheese, jalapeños, or hot sauce if your store carries them.
