- Organic apples diced in chunks (or cores, peels, seeds of used apples), enough to fill half of your chosen fermenting container
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Distilled water

- Add water to cover and almost fill your container
- Add sugar and stir to dissolve
- Cover with cheesecloth or paper towel (using rubber band to secure around the neck of your container, and leave it in a cool, dark place at room temperature for 2 weeks
- Stir contents daily
- After 2 weeks drain off the liquid and keep. Discard everything else.
- Place back in a cool, dark place for 2 more weeks
- After two weeks, taste to see if it's reached the desired flavor, if so cover with ta ight fitting lid and refrigerate or store in the pantry.
- If not, give it a few more days checking it daily
