Here we go with another round-up. As you can tell from the title, today is all about White Vinegar Recipies.
Now, most of us have at least one bottle of some kind of vinegar, but the most common one people tend to have is white vinegar.

Not only does a higher concentration of versatile vinegar mixed with warm water or lemon juice make an excellent cleaning agent. It also makes a great eco-friendly solution for cleaning purposes such as to clean windows, stainless steel appliances, and your coffee maker.
But primarily we think of it as culinary use and in recipes, and not just pickles. With vinegar having so many popular uses, no wonder everyone has a bottle or more in their pantry.

Vinegar isn’t anything new, it’s been said vinegar was used even back to 5000 BC. They also had many uses for it, farmers and travelers would mix part vinegar with water to help their thirst and a sore throat.
They also used it for food preservation before there were food additives. I don’t think that tip holds up, especially because of the sour taste and harsh flavor.
Uses nowadays include pickling, which has blown up over the years. I even tried my hand at it this summer with the cucumbers from my own garden.
