Have you ever wanted to earn money from your favorite online retailers just for shopping? Well, now you can, and it’s easier than ever with the Mr. Rebates website.

But we all know how tricky cashback rebates can be; each site and mobile app differs in many ways. To truly save, you need to understand how each web site works.

Below we show you how the Mr. Rebates site works and how to get free money from online stores. (I have used it over 15 years ad love it. I get money back almost monthly)

Shopping online can work out in your favor when you use a rebate site.

All About Mr Rebates

Learning how to earn extra money on your online purchases is the best thing you can do to save money when shopping. You need to use a cashback site to start getting great deals, but not all are worth using. Some are even scams. However, one rebate site that has helped many save and earn extra cash is the Mr. Rebates cash back site.

This rebate shopping website has been used for years (by me), and for good reason. It’s one of the most reliable shopping portals for earning money there is. With so many ways to make a lot of money, you’ll be getting your money back in no time.

To sign up for your Mr. Rebates account, you only need your email address, address, and password. The best part is it’s a free account, unlike most cashback websites. Who knew earning from your everyday purchases was so easy?

How It Works

Mr. Rebates is a cashback site that allows you to earn money and stop paying full price by shopping through their website. All you need is an online account to use it.

After making an account, you can start earning in a few different ways. One is referrals, another is coupon codes, and lastly, you can earn rebates from shopping with one of their partner stores.

There are hundreds of stores and sites to choose from, ranging from Best Buy to Ancestry, and you can buy anything from clothes to home tools, even electronics; however, the rebate amount depends on the store. It will show you this next to the store link.

Earning Cashback

There is no better way to shop than to earn money back on your purchases.

As we mentioned above, there are a few ways to get your cash back. The first way you earn is from your new member sign-up bonuses. You must make your first purchase through the Mr. Rebates site to receive this. After your purchase, within 24 hours, you get $5 cashback.

The second way you get money is by selecting the store’s option located at the top of the page. It will give you a drop-down list of all the categories you can shop from, or you can choose all stores. Once you find the particular store you want to shop from, select it.

After you select one of your favorite stores, it will take you to its site. Then all you have to do is start shopping, and you will be credited your money a few days later. An easier way to do this is to use the Mr. Rebates browser extension (scroll to the bottom of thee website and look for the Mr. Rebates Quick Cash Button link.)

The next way to earn are with the online coupons you can access by going to the store drop-down list and clicking on the coupon option. This will take you to a list of promo codes and deals for different stores. Once you select the deal you want, it takes you to the store.

You need to do your shopping in the same click session for this to work. When you get to the checkout, your code will be applied automatically. Easy-peasy.

How To Use Referrals

Get twice as much cash back by referring your friends and family.

Referrals are the easiest way for online shoppers to make money fast. You can refer friends and family through the referral program by going to the “my account” option at the top of the page. There will be a drop-down list and you’re looking for the “refer a friend” option.

Once you click that, it will give you a few options for referring people. You can do this by emailing them, adding a link to your own website, sharing on Facebook, or Tweeting about it.

I suggest you do all the ones you can to get the most referrals, but if you’re worried about how to do this or how to do just one, that’s not a problem. They show you exactly how and direct you to where you need to be.

Once someone signs up with your referral link, they will get $5 referral cash, AND you’ll get 20% of each reward they get.

Cashing Out

Rack up your rewards from shopping and treat yourself or a friend.

To cash out, you need to go back to the “my account” option at the top of the page and select your payment option. There are a few ways to get your cash rebates. One is to request a check. The other options available to get your online rebate are in the form of a gift card, through Paypal, or Venmo. However, to cash out, you need a minimum balance of $10.

Shopping online just got a lot cheaper with the help of Mr. Rebates. Now you can now get all your must-haves and treats for yourself and your family while earning money. What’s better than that?
