This great Easy Tuna Casserole is easy to throw together at the last minute and when you take advantage of great sales like we are having this week you can keep the ingredients on hand at all times.  We love the added peas in the mix but some people prefer to add diced onions or even bell pepper instead.  Work with what your family prefers and adapt as needed to please your family.  This also makes a great make ahead and freeze casserole that is easy to heat from freezer to oven for those busy work days when you are pressed for time.
