What to Buy at Walmart in April!

What to Buy at Walmart in April!

April is the month that Spring is in full swing.  We’ve April showers that will bring May flowers, Tax Day on the 15th and Earth Day on the 22nd.  Easter will be over by the end of the month and Graduation, Father’s Day and Wedding Season is just around the corner.  Here’s what to expect to find on sale in April at Walmart!

Groceries

Easter Candy – Look for coupons for the candy before Easter, and clearance deals after.

Ham – There will usually be great sales and price match opportunities each week leading up to Easter, then clearance deals after.

In Season Produce – Artichokes, Arugala, Asparagus, Beets, Bok Choy, Broccoili, Brussels Sprouts, Cabbage, Carrots, Cauliflower, Celery, Chard, Collard Greens, Endive, Fava Beans, Fennel, Garlic, Kale, Leeks, Lettuce, Mushrooms, Mustard Greens, Onions, Parsnips, Peas, Radishes, Rutabagas, Scallions, Spinach, Sprouts, and Turnips.  Be sure to use the smartphone apps to save on produce.

Non-Grocery

Spring Fashion – With Summer looming, you should start to see price drops on some Spring clothing with more going on clearance the later in the month we get.

Tax Day :fr:bies – Walmart doesn’t typically have a Tax Day sale but if your store includes a chain fast food restaurant, chances are it will have some kind of Tax Day sale or :fr:bie.

Office Supplies – Tax Day is coming so you should start seeing deals on office supplies.

Spring Cleaning Supplies – Get your house looking spic and span with these coupons for Household Cleaning Supplies.

Garden Supplies – With Earth Day this month, this is usually when we see deals on gardening supplies, gardening tools, plants, and seeds.  You should try out EcoScraps for your potting soil.  It works great and is great for the environment!

Hard Goods

Small Kitchen Appliances – With Graduation, Father’s Day and Wedding Season coming up, look for deals on giftable small appliances like blenders, coffee makers, coffee grinders, microwaves and more.

Sneakers – Once the weather starts warming up, people want to go outside for a run.  That means you will need new shoes on your feet!
