Everyone leads such busy lives now. Whether it’s summer fun activities, back to school preparation, or busy school nights, we can all use an easy home cooked dinner with the least amount of clean-up possible.

A casserole is so easy to throw everything in one pan, slide it into the oven and let it cook while you spend time with the family. I also love that it’s easy clean-up, just one pan!
