Chocolate Ice Cream Cups!

These are so fun the whole family will love them! Click through NOW to get the recipe for these delicious Chocolate Ice Cream Cups...

These Chocolate Ice Cream Cups are super quick and easy

Renae has a great treat for us today!  Chocolate Ice Cream cups!

Ice cream sundaes are a favorite in my family.  A creative way to serve a sundae is to make chocolate ice cream cups. These are very easy to make and then your sundae will look like a cupcake!

What You Need:

Chocolate Candy Melt or Chocolate Chips
Aluminum Foil or Aluminum Baking Cups
Fixings for Ice Cream Sundae

Directions:

Line a cupcake pan with foil or use the aluminum cupcake holders.

Melt the chocolate melt in the microwave at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir and then heat for an additional 30 seconds at 50% power. Keep doing this until the chocolate is smooth.

Poor a small amount of chocolate into each cupcake holder. With the back of a spoon brush the chocolate up the sides of the pan. You might want to wait a couple of minutes for the chocolate to cool and brush the chocolate up the sides again. Place pan in the refrigerator.

After an hour, remove the foil from the pan. Carefully peel the foil away from the chocolate. Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to use.

Get creative with the chocolate cups! I am sure there are many other desserts you could serve in these edible cups!
